After purchase you will be sent an automated email. Look for an email with the subject line “Your Pathfinder Maritime Training account has been created!”

If you don’t see it in your primary inbox, check either spam or promotions. This is the email that allows you to setup your password to login to the course. If you don’t see the email, please contact Pathfinder directly and we will send you a manual welcome email with username and password.

We also send an automated with the subject line “Thanks for Joining Pathfinder Maritime!” This email provides additional details on getting started with your course.

Forgot Password Instructions

STEP 1: Enter the email you used to purchase your course in the “Username or Email Address” box

STEP 2: Click “Forgot Password?”

STEP 3: Enter your email again

STEP 4: Click “Recover Email”

STEP 5: Open your email

STEP 6: Click the email with the subject line “Password Reset”

STEP 7: Click the link within the email

STEP 8: Enter your new password and then confirm the new password again in the box below

STEP 9: Click “Reset Password”
