Pathfinder Delayed Payment Agreement Form – Grand Haven CG

This agreement is between (Student) and Pathfinder Maritime Training (PATHFR). This agreement is a zero interest loan in the amount of the course tuition.

Student agrees to pay full amount of course tuition within 60 days of enrollment, i.e. repay loan. PATHFR agrees to provide a cashless loan and enroll student in course(s) upon receipt of this signed agreement and receipt of Tuition Assistance (TA) authorization letter. Loan will be the amount authorized by TA, i.e. course tuition.

PATHFR will issue a loan repayment invoice via PayPal. Student may make payment via PayPal (i.e. credit/debit card), cash, or check. If payment is late a 2% late fee will be applied each month until full payment (including applicable late fees) is received. Loan repayment extensions may be made in writing to PATHFR, and PATHFR reserves the right to grant an extension or require full payment in accordance with this agreement.
